Sales Executive | Logistics & Transportation
Dubai, UAEJoin Traxel Logistics and be part of a growing logistics team specializing in land transportation across the GCC and UAE.
- Land transportation from Dubai to all GCC countries
- Local transportation across the UAE
- Fleet solutions from 3 Ton pickups to 15-meter box trailers and open trailers
- Handling out-gauge and oversized cargo movements
- Tailor-made transport solutions for industrial, commercial, and project cargo
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships across UAE & GCC markets
- Promote land transportation and logistics solutions for local and cross-border movements
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Minimum 5 years GCC experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales
- Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC land transportation market
- Experience in handling FTL/LTL, local transportation, trailers, project cargo, and out-gauge shipments preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- UAE driving license preferred

Operations / Transport Coordinator
Dubai, UAE- Land transportation from Dubai to all GCC countries
- Local transportation across the UAE
- Fleet solutions from 3 Ton vehicles to 15-meter box trailers and open trailers
- Out-gauge and oversized cargo transportation
- FTL/LTL and project cargo movement coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day transportation and logistics operations across UAE and GCC countries
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for local and cross-border movements
- Follow up with drivers, transporters, border movements, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate shipment documentation and operational requirements for GCC movements
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Handle transporter negotiations, trip planning, and operational coordination
- Ensure timely loading, offloading, and delivery while minimizing delays and detention
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, transporters, and operations team for smooth execution
- Minimum 5 years GCC experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or transport coordination
- Strong knowledge of UAE local transport and GCC land transportation operations
- Experience handling FTL/LTL shipments, trailers, cross-border transport, and transporter coordination
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- UAE driving license preferred
